James Drake and Joe Skipper ran the City Of Norwich Half Marathon on Sunday. In a field of over 2200, Jimbo came 125th in 1hr 30m 6s. Joe came 7th in 1hr 11m 58s. Results Here
Lee Cook (61m 8s) had the fastest time at the 10 mile pier to pier run followed by Chris Withey (1hr 7m 53s ) , Chris Scott (1hr 14m) and Richard Hill 1hr 43m).
Lee Cook won the Keith Stephens Memorial Duathlon.

Joe Skipper won the inaugural Challenge Weymouth to claim his first Pro victory at an Iron distance event. Joe won by over 8 minutes and had the fastest bike and run splits of the day. Well done Joe!
Rock Estate victories for Liam Gentry and Rose Skipper at the Autumn Waveney Triathlon. After numerous podiums at Waveney, Liam took his first win at the event in 49m 36s. Rose won the ladies event in 60m 27s. Good results by Alex Pennington, Lee Butcher and Paul Hayward. Results Here
Lee Cook and Martin Reeve became Half Ironmen at the Ely Monster Middle Distance. Lee came home in 4hr 23m with Martin doing 5hr 6m. Results Here
Simon Lewis and Jason Browne both had good half marathon debuts in the Greate Yarmouth Half Marathon. Both clocked in at 1hr 48mins.
Rock Estate kneeboarders were part of Team GB that beat Team USA last weekend in the International Kneeboard Rider Cup at White Rose Waterski Club, South Yorkshire. Simon Lewis taking joint 1st in his division in the Slalom, Owen Lewis taking 1st in tricks and 2nd in slalom, with Shaun Sampson taking 2nd in tricks. Daniel Lewis wins the Flip out event and remains top of that leader board going into the Nationals in September.
Well done to Joe Skipper on a fantastic 2nd place at Ironman UK. Joe had a good swim and then did a controlled 112 mile ride that kept him in contention for the run. Joe was clearly running well from the start and smashed out a 2hr 48 min marathon (6 min 25 pace) to run through much of the Pro field. This was Joe's best result in a Ironman race. Results Here

This is the design for the new Rock Estate Cycling Jersey. Please let us know if you are interested in a top. Cost will be approx £35 - £50 depending on whether you want an Elite or Pro Jersey. Prices will depend on how many we order of each type (short / long etc). We have decided to source the jerseys from a Belgian company called Decca (http://www.deccasport.com/). They are a respected cycling kit manufacturer and currently supply the Katusha Pro team and many other cycling clubs. We now have samples of the Elite and Pro jerseys. The Rock Estate Elite Team were competing in the European Duathlon Championships at Horst in the Netherlands. All put in strong performances with Lee Cook claiming the bronze medal in the 25-30 age group category. Joe represented Great Britain in the elite race at the long distance where he finished in 14th place. Jay finished 8th in the 30-35 age category. Well done to all the boys!
