Rock Estate won the team prize at the Southwold 10K.
Lee Cook & Jay Lingwood have qualified for the 2014 European Duathlon Championships. Lee came 4th overall and won his age group with Jay 13th overall and 2nd in the age group. Leigh Butcher and Paul Hayward both had good races and finished within the required qualifying times. They are waiting to hear but should both have qualified as well. Results Here
The Rock Estate had two teams in the Dusk Til Dawn 12 hour endurance race at thetford. The teams finished 18th and 26th.
Rock Estate won the relay event at the Fritton Viking Middle Distance Triathlon. The team of Jimmy Drake (Swim 54m 38), Steve Barber (Bike 2hr 17m) and Rob Gooch (Run 1hr 27m) completed the course in 4hr 41m.
Well done to Jay (15th) and Lee (53rd) after competing in the World Sprint Triathlon Age Group Championships at Hyde Park in London.

Rock Estate victories at the Vachery Triathlon with Joe Skipper winning the inaugural Middle Distance title and Lee Cook winning the Sprint distance race. Results here
Paul Hayward was competing in his first triathlon at the Victory Triathlon in North Walsham. Paul finished 29th in a time of 54m 46s. Results here
The Norwich Triathlon took place in sweltering conditions with temperatures approaching 30 degrees. Jimbo Drake, Steve Barber, Jim Keeble and Paul Kemp all took part in the Sprint race. Rob Anderson finished the challenging Peaks 100 sportive in 6 hrs 40 mins.

The Rock Estate sent a big team to the Waveney Triathlon with four finishers in the top ten which included Joe Skipper in 1st and Liam Gentry in 2nd. There were Impressive performances by the whole team including Goochie doing a 54m 10s in his first triathlon. Full team was Sam Cole, Jimbo Drake. Lee also qualified to represent Great Britain at the age group World Duathlon championships in Ottawa.
