Winter Training On Thursdays From the Thursday after the clocks go back (3rd Nov), there will be a few options for the Rock Estate to get fit for the 2012 season where we expect both individual improvement and continued local domination!! (1) Two Bridges run followed by circuits at 1930 hrs. (2) Two laps of the Lowestoft bike route followed by the Two Bridges run. (3) Double Circuits. Circuits at 1830 hrs followed by circuits at 1930 hrs.

Rock Estates top triathletes Matt Thwaites, Mark Drake and Liam Gentry are doing the Fritton Viking Middle Distance Triathlon on Sunday 25th September 2011. The event comprises a 2.5km swim, 80km bike and then a 20km run. Hopefully on Sunday the Rock Estate will have 3 Half Ironmen!

The Waveney2 Triathlon at Bungay is on Sunday 18th September 2011. Competing for the Rock Estate are Chris Drake, Mark Drake, Dale Gowen, Tim Earl, Bradley Tubby and Lee Cook. The racing starts around 0830 hrs.
