The Rock Estate Runners & Riders are a group of sporting adventurers based in Lowestoft, UK.
We actively participate and compete in triathlon, cycling, running, swimming, kayaking, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, sailing, windsurfing, kneeboarding, paramotoring, dragon boating and most other outdoor pursuits.

Added by Message Boy Okay so there maybe a little snow on the ground but that did not stop our intrepid blogger Mark Drake going out for a run - I met up with Mark at 9am on his way back from the river bank & marsh run. While discussing how wonderful this change to our world was we decided a Monday night run (with head torch) would be great fun,so it's on - a steady Monday night head torch run - do not miss this. As always 6pm at Sam's. This is a must do. |
